Treatment plan templates

Treatment plan templates can be used to simplify the work with treatment plans. You can have both clinic level treatment templates as well as personal treatment templates. To create, edit and view existing templates, click your avatar in Careportal and go to Treatment Templates.

Clinic templates

Under Treatment Templates there is a list of templates available to your clinic. These can be added by a clinic administrator and are available to all healthcare professionals at the clinic.

Personal templates

Under My Treatment Templates you'll find any templates you have created. Only you can view and use these templates.

Create a new template

Go to Treatment Templates and click the "New template" button. Add the medications you want, give the template a name and press Save changes.

You can also save as a template while you're creating or editing a patient's treatment plan. Simply click 'Save as template' and give your template a name.

Editing a template

Go to Treatment Templates, select the template you want to edit and click the Edit button. Make any changes you want to the template, including the name, and press 'Save'.

Favorites

Templates you make are automatically shown in the Treatment template dropdown in the treatment plan editor. If you don't want it to be shown in this dropdown, go to Treatment Templates and click to deselect the star for any treatment template you don't want to display in the list.

Delete a template

Go to Treatment Templates, select the template you want to delete and click the Remove button.
