I’ve changed healthcare provider, can the new one take over my treatment plan?
Absolutely! If you’ve switched to a new healthcare provider, they can seamlessly take over your treatment plan. Here’s the process:
- Your former provider will remove you from their clinic, which deactivates your existing treatment plan.
- Your new healthcare provider can then send you an invitation. Please make sure they use the same email you used for your registration.
- Once you’ve accepted the invitation from your new clinic, they will gain access to your earlier treatment plan and make any necessary adjustments.
