I’ve changed healthcare provider, can the new one take over my treatment plan?

Absolutely! If you’ve switched to a new healthcare provider, they can seamlessly take over your treatment plan. Here’s the process:

  1. Your former provider will remove you from their clinic, which deactivates your existing treatment plan.
  2. Your new healthcare provider can then send you an invitation. Please make sure they use the same email you used for your registration.
  3. Once you’ve accepted the invitation from your new clinic, they will gain access to your earlier treatment plan and make any necessary adjustments.
