We are so happy about how many people are using AsthmaTuner as part of their healthcare journey! We see that the app provides the greatest benefit to patients who are linked to a clinic – where there is the possibility for follow-up, interpretation of results, and adjustment of the treatment plan together with healthcare professionals. Such a connection is also a requirement for the Swedish TLV’s decision that the spirometer should be subsidized.

Therefore, starting this fall, AsthmaTuner’s content and features will only be available to patients connected to a healthcare provider. This way, we can ensure that the app is used in the right context – where the information becomes part of safe, individualized, and quality-assured care. We want you as a user to feel well taken care of.
