Setting up a patient account

To set up an account for your patient, follow these steps:

Send an invitation

Create a new invitation in Careportal and add the patient’s social security number. Select the relevant tools.

Instruct the patient to create an account

To create an account the patient needs to have BankID.

1. Download the AsthmaTuner app
2. Select create an account for myself
3. Fill in social security number and verify with BankID
4. Fill in name and email
5. Accept terms and conditions
6. Accept the clinic invitation
   
   

If they want to the patient can add their phone number and a password. The phone number will automatically be added to the patient details in Careportal and can be used to send SMS reminders.

Adding a password enables the patient to sign in using an SMS code.
