Which lung conditions are your solutions useful for?
Our solutions are designed to be useful for a range of lung conditions, including but not limited to:
- Asthma: Our tools are primarily developed for individuals with asthma, helping them effectively monitor their symptoms, lung function, and treatment progress.
- COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease): While originally designed for asthma, some of our tools, like spirometry, are also valuable for COPD patients. We are actively working on expanding our offerings to better suit COPD patients’ needs.
- Cystic Fibrosis: Our spirometry tool can be useful for individuals with cystic fibrosis to monitor their lung function and overall respiratory health.
- Lung Transplant Patients: Lung transplant recipients can benefit from our spirometry tool, which helps monitor their condition after transplantation.
What does it cost?
You can download and use the AsthmaTuner app completely free of charge. To access all functions, you need to connect the app to a healthcare provider. AsthmaTuner is subsidized for people with uncontrolled asthma, this means that your healthcare provider can prescribe the lung function meter for you and you will receive it free of charge as an aid. Costs may be added for visits and follow-ups with your affiliated healthcare provider.
Which regions are you available in?
You can use our services no matter what region you live in. If you have asthma and your own health centre does not offer our services, you can always connect to us via Min Doktor, while remaining listed at your current health centre.
Can I use this on my own, without a healthcare provider?
Our solutions are primarily intended for use under the guidance of healthcare providers to ensure proper diagnosis and treatment. While some features may be available for individual use, we strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare provider for accurate care and treatment management.
Is it safe to use your solutions?
Yes, our tools are backed by clinical validation, CE marking, and FDA clearance.
